Remote Monitoring
Turtle app works with/without existing sensors and Turtle devices to provide monitors and to derive actionable insights of seniors at home, detecting anomaly and auto-triaging.
Family Communication
Turtle keeps track of contacts, appointments, medicine, care plan, issues and tasks. Communications are captured and centralized so you are always in the loop and you are always in-the-know.
Care Coordination
Turtle is smart and knows when, who and how to meet your family’s unique needs automagically. The workflow engine eases the coordination of completing the daily tasks.
In-person Care
We have dedicated care team who can conduct monitoring and check-in remotely or in-person. Our clinician team can also offer at home wellness care.
